- Saige operates within the permissions and configurations you establish.
Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
- We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
3. Account Registration and Security

- WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Exclusion of Damages
- IN NO EVENT SHALL AAROHAA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
- This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).
Cap on Liability
- OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

- We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days.
Arbitration Agreement
- If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
- Arbitration will be conducted in English in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, or another mutually agreed location.
- The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Each party will bear its own costs, and arbitration fees will be shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Class Action Waiver
- YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
